Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
